Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumora Nutrition. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. 

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

 

Shipping Methods

Lumora Nutrition currently ships orders within the United States using reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and other national shipping providers. Estimated standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

 

Subscription Orders

Customers enrolled in a subscription program will receive recurring shipments based on the delivery schedule selected during checkout. Each recurring order will be processed and shipped after the scheduled renewal payment has been successfully authorized. Customers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing date by logging into their account or contacting our customer support team.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Lumora Nutrition is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Lumora Nutrition ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
